Description
Palace ‘Het Loo’ is located just outside Apeldoorn. It is a former royal palace. The last inhabitant of the palace was princess Margriet. When she moved out in 1975, the palace fell under a huge renovation from 1977 till 1984. Nowadays the palace functions as a national museum. The museum shows the way the ‘Oranjes’ lived for the past 300 years. Royal Goedewaagen created ceramic miniatures of the different palaces in the Netherlands, which are traditionally hand-painted in Blue Delft or Polychrome.
